  • Most classes are barefoot; please keep our floors clean by wearing clean shoes for rowing.

  • Shoes required for all rowing classes. Minimal/zero drop shoes are welcome and preferred.

  • Time in the studio is meant to refresh, revive and re-dedicate time to yourself.

  • Let go of the rest of your day and be present in body and mind.

  • Be aware of cell phone use. Silence or turn phones to vibrate. Use your cell in dedicated spaces.

  • Focus on the people who are with you right now.

  • Gym towels provided free of charge.  Please remember to leave your towel in the bin.

  • Yoga students do not need to bring a yoga mat but are welcome to do so.  

  • We provide standard, black yoga mats.  Please bring a yoga mat towel if you prefer to have one.

  • Minimum age for our regular group class schedule:  16 years old.  We have a strong social dynamic in our classes, meant for adults.  In addition, bodies younger than 16 (and sometimes older) vary greatly as to what is healthy or unhealthy to load with strength-based and endurance work.  We offer sessions of willPower for girlPower®, and Youth/Teen Yoga and Youth/Teen Rowing occasionally throughout the year!
