Our approach is to MIND.BODY.TRAIN™, applying timeless principles of yoga and Pilates to more dynamic fitness methods, optimizing your performance in the gym and in your life. As an independent business dedicated to health rather than trends, we believe in evolving our classes as we gain knowledge.

Bloomington Body Bar is proud to be Indiana’s ORIGINAL licensed Indo-Row® facility. The water-rowing system provides a transformative total-body workout that challenges the body and focuses the mind.   Burn calories and sculpt muscle in a uniquely motivating, team-oriented fitness environment. No prior experience necessary.

           FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH

Classes: Functional Strength, Functional Strength Circuit

TRX® suspension training makes “your body the machine,” while dumbbells, sandbags, coreballs, and BOSU™ trainers provide additional challenges.  ​​Learn to do the strength moves you’ve always known…squat, lunge, push, pull, and plank, but with new attention to your posture and alignment.

           FLOW

 

Classes: Flow, Sacred Body Yoga, Row & Flow, Fit Flow

Increase your range of motion, awareness, and strength in our traditional mind body formats. In our yoga classes you'll experience functional yoga in vinyasa and restorative styles. All of our studio classes build upon the timeless principles of mind body training with yoga and Pilates!

           BAREFOOT FUSION

 

Classes: Barre Fusion, willPower & grace®, Balance & Strength, On the Ball

Barefoot training at it's best! Fusion formats that blend the perfect mix of movement, balance, and strength based in the methods of Pilates, yoga, barre, and functional fitness. You'll improve your posture, tone small and large muscle groups, and incorporate proper breathing for maximum results.  

           METABOLIC BOOST & CIRCUIT TRAINING

 

Classes: Circuit Row, Synergy Row, Functional Strength, Metabolic Boost

Our interval and circuit classes mix strength, cardio and core into efficient, 45-minute workouts. These are higher intensity classes with exercises chosen to make you strong from within. The intervals are inspired by but not limited to tabata timing and designed with challenging sets of focused movements that burn calories with minimal impact.
