Shoes and socks alter the way you take in information. Your feet and hands are made of specialized skin and contain crucial sensory receptors! Covering them up prevents valuable connections between the environment, your brain, the rest of your body, and your mind.


Shoes alter the position of the bones, joints, and arches ... the most stable forms of architecture). When you shift the foundation, the whole building suffers.

With the exception of our rowing classes (you need shoes to protect your feet and hold them in the straps), all of our classes are barefoot. If you have a specific medical need that requires shoes, please let us know and we will accommodate you!
